Today 15/8/2013 is the first day of our publication of the 20th campfire and 13th skill competition organised by us, the 54th scout troop, 3rd ranger unit and 8th girl guides company. In other words, our campfire and skill competition have officially came into reality! Does anyone notice that this year 2013 is same as our campfire and skill competition, the 20th and the 13th! After 3 years since our last campfire and skill competition, CLB campfire and skill competition is doing a come back!
This year's campfire and skill competition mean a lot to us, the organising commitees. It leads our dream and we have a simple dream. That is to organise the best campfire you ever seen! Skill competition is dying in our scout life at an alarming rate, some even never heard of it. Thu...s through this activity, we hope to take competition as an excuse to bring closer our friendship and improve our scouting skills.
Everyone can also take this opportunity to gather along and make new friends! Let along the year end is always when the form 5 and form 6 students are going to leave school and uniform body. So why not take this opportunity to gather along and have a friendly competition between each others and note down memorable memories that we will never forget in our school's life or even our scouting's and guiding's life.
